All our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Higher value and next day delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery, therefore please inform us if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, or if you have any special delivery instructions. Delivery times may be extended during sale periods.
If an item is flagged as 'Stock due in 1-2 weeks' etc it can still be added to your basket. We will then notify you of the approximate date we expect to receive new stock and the item will be despatched to you as soon as it arrives from Italy. There will only be one postage & packing charge per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for any item until it has been despatched.
Next Day Delivery
Please contact customer service on 0870 2000 515 to arrange next day delivery. if you phone before 1pm Monday to Thursday, and the items are in stock, we can arrange for delivery on the next working day for an additional £3.00 charge (total postage & packing charge £7.95). Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on a Monday. This service is available for UK and Channel Islands only.
