Opening Times

Listed below are the standard opening times for our Call Centre when placing an order.

Monday - Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm


Stock Availability

Although we do our very best to predict demand for the items featured in our collections, unfortunately we are not able to ensure permanent availability for every item. All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to our customer of receipt of an order do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order.

If an item is flagged as 'Low Stock' it can still be added to your basket and we will notify you should we not be able to fulfil your order.

If an item is flagged as 'Stock due in 1-2 weeks' etc it can still be added to your basket. We will then notify you of the approximate date we expect to receive new stock and the item will be despatched to you as soon as it arrives from Italy. There will only be one postage & packing charge per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for any item until it has been despatched.

Sizing Information

The clothing in our Van Heusen online catalogues is in UK sizes. More information can be seen by clicking on the 'Sizing Guide' link on the product detail pages.
