Online
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require to your basket. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'My Basket'. When your order is complete, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information
Using Seach
Click on 'Search' to search the collection by product code or keyword or by category e.g. Shirts
• Enter a product code (e.g. VH2401B-128) or a keyword (such as Shirts, Jackets, Trousers, etc.) and click on 'Search'. This will take you directly to the item or group of items that you are looking for.
• Click on the item picture or description to access the main page for that item. This displays detailed product information and the 'Add to My Basket' button.
• Choose the colour and size that you require by pulling down the appropriate menu for each option. To view general sizing information and measuring instructions click on 'SIZING GUIDE'.
• To view further information about stock availability, click on 'INFO'.
• Add items to your order by clicking on 'Add to My Basket', and then click 'OK' in the pop-up box to confirm that you would like to add the item to your order.
• Repeat to find and select further products.
• You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'My Basket' at the top of your screen.
• Once you have finished shopping, click on 'My Basket' at the top of your screen and check your order to ensure it is accurate and complete.
• To delete items click on 'Remove', to change the qty of any item click on 'Update' or to add more items to your basket click on 'Continue Shopping'.
• Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and then complete the Customer Details form, Delivery Details form and finally the Secure Order Form.
Your order will not be placed until you click on the 'Send' button at the bottom of the order form. Your transaction will be encrypted and processed in a completely secure environment. Look out for a closed lock or in the bottom of your browser window which confirms that the connection is secure.
Using Quick Shop
Alternatively, if you have a catalogue you can click on 'Quick Shop' which makes shopping online faster and easier.
• Enter up to 16 product codes in the fields provided, ensuring you enter the full catalogue code. e.g VY1513B-090
• Click on 'Add these items to Quick Shop'. You will then be able to choose the size that you require and add the items to your basket.
• You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'My Basket' at the top of your screen.
• Once you have finished shopping, click on 'My Basket' at the top of your screen and check your order to ensure it is accurate and complete.
• To delete items click on 'Remove', to change the colour or size of any item click on 'Amend' or to add more items to your basket click on 'Continue Shopping'.
• Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and then complete the Customer Details form, Delivery Details form and finally the Secure Order Form.

Please make your cheque payable to Van Heusen and write your name, address and cheque card number on the back. If you are placing your first order with us, please allow five working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.
Overseas customers are advised to pay by credit or debit card, as only cheques written in UK Pound Sterling (£) are accepted.

At Van Heusen, we accept cheques, postal orders or the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo. We are unable to accept cash. All prices are in UK Pound Sterling and your order total will be in UK Pound Sterling.
